Attorney Kouatly has an LLB and Diplôme d’études (DEA) in Public and Private International Law from Nice, France Sophia-Antipolis University with an emphasis on international contracts and International Commercial Arbitration.
Mr. Kouatly is a former member of the Lebanese Parliament Committee for Energy and was an advisor to the Health Minister of Qatar and the Telecommunication Minister in Lebanon and has held multiple Board positions.
